Steve Douglass is President Emeritus of Cru/Campus Crusade for Christ.
He came to the ministry after graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School. Through more than five decades of service, he has held a variety of positions, including Vice President for Administration and National Director of the U.S. Ministries. And in July 2001, Douglass took over as the President of Campus Crusade for Christ from its founder Bill Bright. In October of 2020 he passed the baton of President to Steve Sellers.
Douglass is the author or co-author of several books, including Enjoying Your Walk with God, How to Achieve Your Potential and Enjoy Life, and How to Get Better Grades and Have More Fun. He also hosts a radio program, Making Your Life Count, which airs daily on 1,600 stations.
He and his wife, Judy, reside in Orlando, Florida. They have three grown children and ten grandchildren.
