Chris Zaugg has been on staff with Cru for 30 years. After spending a year and a half at the international headquarters at Arrowhead Springs, he spent the next 11 years as a traveling musician with Keynote evangelistic bands. He took over the leadership of Keynote's creative ministries in 1993, and in since 2000, has served as the Executive Director of Keynote. He and his wife, Susan, have 4 children.
